My phone keeps saying insufficient storage space. I have cleaned up the internal and SD storage
When I go into the info the phone says I have a lit free on the internal and even more free on the SD card.
But I can't install apps and the phone just keeps a warning in the top bar saying insufficient storage space. Gah! Help please

I know this is an old topic, but clearing app caches helps with this. Have had this issue on my end here and there as well

just go to settings>backup&Restore>Reset factory setting then you can download any thing and your problem will be solved

Dont leave a comment if you dont know what you talk. Clearing cache give free memory, and help to peoples who dont have enough space, but Sarah said she have plenty of space, so clear cache wont help. I have exactly same problem on my tablet with gigs of free space on both internal memory and sd card, and as I can notice this problem usually appear when Im try to install system tools, and I can install games normally

Sorry, but it is not useful. Maybe it is for users who are on pretty novice level of android, but everyone who is just little experienced know that they can solve many problems with factory or hard reset. But this wipe all data also. Point is how to solve this problem without wipe data
