AC Question

Over the last 2 days, after I receive a call and end it, a box pops up on screen with the heading "Intelligencer". Below that it says "report null as", then gives 5 options to select, those being "safe call" "scam" "telesales call" "marketing call" and "silent call". I've tried deleting all recently installed apps, used 360 Security antivirus and ccleaner apps, but it still appears after I end an incoming call. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Hi. I've been experiencing the same issue over the last week. I wonder if it's part of an app called "Galaxy Call Recorder" that has been recently updated in my phone. I'm going to uncheck the option "activate protection against fraud and spam" and see if it doesn't appear.

I have the same problem... Wonder from where it came from? Does anybody know How to fix it? By the way, I have LG V10

The problem does come from The Galaxy Call Recorder... the fix is a breeze. Simply go into the settings menu and eliminate the fraud & scam protection and you should be good.

Is it a legit app? I mean, does it bring what it appears to bring: a database build on user feedback for 'annoying' telephone calls of whatever background, or is it just crap?

I mean: it is not that I have bad experiences with Galaxy Call Recorder (a lot of ads, yes, but that is it).

I had the same issue. In order to fix it you have to determine which app is causing the problem. It's not always the most recent installed. In my case it was an older app that recently updated. This is how I tracked it down:
1 open Play store

2 Hit the menue icon, the horizontal lines at the top.

3 Select my apps and games

4 Select installed apps

5 Sort apps by last used by hitting the dirt menue icon, (3 horizontal lines just above apps on the right side of the screen)

6 Now go to your call screen and make a phone call so that the called I'd app shows up at the end of the call. Return back to play store and the first app on the list will be the culprit. You can now delete that app.
