Just saw these yesterday and Google has released a bunch of experimental digital well being apps. I was playing around with them and they all have interesting ideas on preventing constant use of phone. Like live wallpaper which keeps count of how many times you unlocked phone, bundling notifications into delivery times so that they deliver once every few hours instead of constantly. New launcher called morph which has interesting ideas. Best one I like is the unlock clock live wallpaper which just displays a counter on the wallpaper and increments every time you unlock the phone

As always these are all experimental apps and Google might eventually shut them down but nevertheless interesting to play around.

And also these apps can be used on any phone and not specific to Pixel 4.

Read an article yesterday too. Pretty cool and I think some could be useful. Especially the one at the dinner table lol. Hopefully they get released for iOS too as stand alone apps. 50% of my house hold use iOS.
