Intermittent disruption!

I am having problem with the new ZL bought last week. At times, when calls come thro', the caller doesn't hear me, though I can hear the caller. All I hear when I answer is an echo of my own voice. If the unit is re-started, the problem disappears, but, only for some time, and then returns again.

I have already updated the software to the latest version. Can anyone help me??
