I just downloaded this app on the Play store for intermittent fasting. Looking to kick start my journey to getting more healthy. Even if I don't lose a lot of weight, denying myself food for a few extra hours a day will help me with my self control when it comes to emotional eating.

I also drink coffee with creamer in it and am officially switching over to homemade creamer. I made my first batch tonight. It's super easy.
1- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
14 oz of half and half, milk, or almond milk
1 tbsp of vanilla extract or another extract for flavor
