Update pushed by carrier T-Mobile last week, afterwards numerous problems, including non-responsive touchscreen, a stock keyboard that won't exit the screen after finishing typing, photos that move from photo app to gallery app back to photo app, and a battery that's running much hotter than normal. We've tried rebooting (at least 3x a day), deleting unnecessary apps, and unchecking settings that are not needed or used. We're trying to avoid the system reset if possible. Any suggestions?
