Any one else experiencing a situation where the vibration/haptic feedback stops?

Yup, had 2 devices like that and it ended up being a hardware issue. If you smacked the back of the phone, it would work again.

Yep, it has been happening with mine for the last couple weeks. Very annoying. From what I've read it's a hardware issue and not much can be done outside of replacing the phone. As the last poster said, you can just hit the back or give it a little shake and it will start working again.

Just called Verizon, and they are shipping a warranty replacement via FedEx. Then... A few hours to get everything put together on the new phone.

Very annoying, don't want a refurbished phone though when I paid top $ new

Got my replacement a month or so ago. Took several hours to rebuild it.... And now the replacement is doing it. Grrrrr.....

As I mentioned, my new one did it as did a replacement (first replacement bricked).

Got my second replacement. Hopefully three times is the charm. Wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take hours to get my phone back to the way I like it.

Next time, use MyBackupPro and backup your home screens, data and/or apps before you go for the new device. Then download MyBackupPro and re-install all painlessly.
