Internal Battery

Hi. How long are users of the S7 seeing their batteries last before significant deterioration? I know it is hard to tell especially when different updates affect battery life but wanted to know how long I could count on it being okay. Hopefully replacement is not too difficult. I know there are YT videos about it.

Also, the difference between medium power saving mode (with background data usage on) and power saving off is ridiculous. Night and day as far as battery life. Just an observation I know it throttles the CPU.

You have 25 hours left with 60% remaining? How?

Mine says if I fully charge now I'll be empty in ~10 hours. I've deleted any junk apps. Only apps running in background are Messages and Keep.

Optimized, all radios off, strong data signal, quick screen timeout when not used, doze unused apps, only sync mail and messages continuosly, the rest of the notifications are fetched every 15 or 30 min. Those are the main ones. Good luck.

Used more but still averages over a day since I got it 3 months ago.

Wow, that's great you get that kind of battery life. Mine is usually around 10 hours but I watch a lot of video and listen to music as well as constantly reading. I guess I'm used to it. I got this thing to use so I'm not worried about using the battery. I charge it in the car and any other place I can pick up some battery life.
