Internal memory is FAT32.. can't copy big movies

So the internal memory on this thing is only setup as FAT32.. this means you can't copy large blu-ray rips to the card.

If you use windows media player to copy the content, you'll get a severly compressed movie that looks like CRAP when you output it over HDMI. Took my 6gb 1080p rip down to 1.3gb

Doesn't this thing output 1080p in 1080p res to a TV?
 
try using Handbrake or another such program and you get a little more control how it resizes your movie
 
I dont want to do any resizing.. if a program resizes a video, it cuts quality out.

I want it to stream the video full 1080p to my TV..

technically speaking the limits of FAT32 do not prevent you from outputting full 1080p video. it only prevents you from storing feature length movies at Blu-Ray quality.
maybe you could split the movie into two halves (keeping each half under FAT32s file size limit of 4GB).
