I have 0.0b Internal memory I have been reading about going into cwm and wiping but I have tried both the wipes I can see am I missing something?

What ROM are you running? Did you go from Voodoo to non? Like candieman said, go into the voodoo setting on CWM and make sure all three things are disabled.
