I know this seems like a very weird unusual question, but I noticed that the phone seems to have a moving part inside.
Notices when dropping the phone on a table.
You can replicate this by moving the phone close to your ear, and by shaking the phone. The noise can be heard even if blocking the external buttons (at first I thought it was the buttons that made the noise).

Anyone else?

It's nothing. Do a search for rattle / rattling, is the most common discussion item here most days.

I had this with my iPhone 5 and I have it with this phone I think its the camera focus deal you hear when you set the phone down

I've seen a bunch of ppl talking about the "rattle", I also saw on ifixit.com in their Nexus 4 teardown, that the N4 has a "linear shaker" style vibrating motor, so maybe this is what ppl are noticing vibrating.... Just a thought.

I'm pretty sure its the camera. All my phones have did it. HTC Incredible, HTC Thunderbolt, HTC One X+, HTC 8X, Samsung Galaxy S3, and now LG Nexus 4. Hold the phone close to your ear and turn the camera on, it'll make a slight noise.
