Internal Server Error on Sprint Galaxy Note 3

Every time i try to set a ring back to a contract, i get "internal server error, try again later". I uninstalled the Sprint Music Store App, clear the cache then restarted my phone. After that i reinstalled the app and still the same thing. Can someone help, thank you.
