Android Central Question

Hello, I have been having trouble with my new Samsung s9. I was getting a notification that my internal storage was full.. I then accidentally cleared ALL the "Cache" on my phone which wiped my phone clean of every picture/video and so on. Accidentally started fresh...a couple of days later, I received the internal storage full message. Which makes absolutely no sense at all. Therefor, I ignored it. Recently my phone has received new notifications stating I cannot receive any messages due to the fact that my internal storage is full. i literally cannot receive messages... This is ANNOYING. please help. I don't want an iPhone although, my android has been giving me WAY to many problems.

re: Internal Storage Full message on my S9?

Welcome to Android Central! Clearing the cache won't delete any picture or video that's actually stored on the phone -- cache is only temporary data. How did you clear the cache?

It'd help to see a screenshot of your Settings>Storage menu: http://forums.androidcentral.com/ge...ide-how-post-screenshots-android-central.html. If you use any 3rd party messaging apps like Telegram or kik, those can build up a gigantic cache, so check the storage being used by those apps.
