Hi All
The bad thing is until the phone is rooted there is very little you actually have control over. the best is to root the phone get a app that can see into all storage's like "X-Plore or BlueFTP" then go searching for those pesky hidden system self created space eaters like thumbnails and so on. Also with android 4.* the phone doesn't have wright permissions to the SD Card therefor creates a dummy SD Card on the internal for writing purposes. rooting solves this and makes the SD writable. (DON'T TRY AND DELETE DUMMY SD BEFORE ROOT).
