I see I have internal memory (167 mb free), and internal storage (27.65 gb free). What's the difference, will I run out of internal memory? Is there something I should be doing, or what? Love my new GNEX.

Internal memory I believe is dedicated for system software. Internal storage is for you to use to download apps, music and stuff like that I doubt you'll run out of space.

Internal memory is your RAM and you won't run out of that it is filled and purged depending on needs of what's running. The internal storage is where apps, music, pics, etc. Is stored and you could run out of that, but you would need a lot of stuff on your phone. Hope this helps a bit.
