Hello.
I'm trying to call a chilean mobile number from a mobile italian number. Is there any prescription about doing that?
What are the costs for me and for the person I call?
If there is another topic about it please let me know.

You would gave to ask your carrier what's the charges or might be cheaper buying a phone card so you know the time and cost up front .

Can you make the call while on a public wi-fi network? Then it won't cost you anything.

That is a good suggestion..if I wasn't in Italy, that is almost the third world about technology.
I am just worried about finishing all my internet data and internet data of the person I call, although I have 10GB per month
