international(china/hongkong) version only display 4G instead of LTE+ like the north american model

I just bought a s10 plus in hong kong while on vacation. Now I am back in north america and noticing that the network mode is only 4g and not LTE

Can anyone confirm if this is just a labelling issue or is it an actual technical difference that may result in differences in performance
