I want to purchase the international version for use on ATT. it has all the compatible LTE bands and whatnot, is there anything I'd be missing with purchasing it from amazon? what's the wall adapter look like, made for US outlets? I know Samsung Pay won't work but anything else im missing?

thanks in advance guys!

It's kind of hard to tell when we don't have the exact product. You will have the Samsung processor instead of the Snapdragon. Most will at least include an adapter or a brick that is okay for the US. You kind of have to go seller-by-seller on that one, tho. I wouldn't count on it.

Why not get the Unlocked version for the US? You get Samsung Pay with that and a slew of compatible networks. Trust me, Samsung Pay IS worth it.

If you chose to go with the International version, it depends on the seller which charger you get, but they usually bundle a converter if the version they sell has the European charger. You'd be missing Samsung Pay, WiFi calling on most carriers, and of course, carrier-specific apps/features. And of course the different processor. Other than that, you're not missing out on a lot (but again, Samsung Pay is a HUGE thing to be missing out on!). The International version has the Lab thing that the US version doesn't have, but I doubt many people use that hehe.

It's shipped and sold by Amazon.com, BH Photo also sells the International unlocked S7 as well. I was just curious if anybody else has used it in the US on att or T Mobile.

I was looking to get the Samsung processor which is supposedly gets better battery life and performance. Other than that, no legitimate reason for wanting the international one.

I am using mine on att and it has been flawless.. my device is from Panama... so luckily the power adapter is the same as US.. and I flashed the UAE firmware to get spay working!.. been working great so far

How can I find out what country my S7 (SM 930F) is from? I just had one delivered that I bought in Swappa and I'd love it if it was from UAE so I could use Samsung Pay.
