Received a new Kindle Fire HD 6 for Christmas and periodically the appstore, Neftlix, or browsing the Internet do not work. This started right out of the box after the software update. Factory rest and even had Amazon send a replacement. I have plenty of DHCP addresses left on my wireless network and I have iPads, smartphones and laptops that work perfectly fine on my network. Amazon hasn't been much help. Close to returning it.
