Internet browser when clicking hyperlinks in apps

Does anyone know if you can change the default browser when you click on a hyperlink in an app? It opens up with the Samsung browser but I'd like to change that if possible. I've tried looking but can't seem to find it.

Go to settings >apps>3 dots upper right corner tap >default apps change default browser and click links from the list there
