Internet Login Screens-How to Delete?

Whenever I stay at a hotel and have the login screen to get internet, it stays as the first page of the internet even when I don't want it anymore.

How do you delete this page and make it go away? The only way I found was to totally clear data and cache in the Apps section.

Just go somewhere else with the browser? Why does it matter?
