internet not working?

ok, so im using a samsung galaxy s vibrant in south florida on tmobile but for some reason the internet is either going terribly slow or just isnt working. None of the widgets work, for example, my beautiful widgets weather widgest just says please wait loading. When i try to go into the app store it tells me error with connection. On the browser it goes really slow and takes forever to get into a site or sometimes dosent even work, any advice or help?
