internet popping up by itself

This can drive anyone mad.
Every time my internet (cellular data) is on after about 30 seconds it starts to pop up the internet itself with "2009781641.deal-deals.net"
and every minute or so afterwards it opents the same page again .
I tried "Ad network detector" but it didn't help.
if there is anyone who could help i would be delighted.

Usually - but not exclusively - this is down to an app you've downloaded.

Try remembering what apps you've downloaded since the problem started, uninstall them, and then reinstall them one-by-one to hopefully find the culprit. A guy over on xda solved the problem using URL Ripper but he doesn't say how!

Update: The guy didn't, in fact, find a solution with URL Ripper as hes just informed me and looks like he's going to be resetting his phone to cure it.

There is of course the obvious to try which didn't cross my mind at the time - you could try an AV *DOH* :-[
