When I press the internet icon, I can only get the Google sign in screen. Pressing the back button won't get rid of the Google screen. From the home screen, I can get to all my websites and apps. If I want to go to a new website I have to use Google. The Google icon works, I don't have to sign in there. How can I fix the internet icon? Thanks, Ray

The "Internet" icon typically launches the stock Browser. When you mention the "Google sign in screen," are you talking about the Google.com home page? If you launched the Browser, you should be able to bring up the URL bar to enter your own web address.

Thanks for the reply. All of a sudden I'm getting a different screen when I press the internet icon. There's no way for me to enter a new URL.

I don't recognize that screen. What does the Internet icon look like? You can take a screenshot by pressing and holding the Power and Home buttons down for about a half-second.

Seems so weird that the stock browser for a Samsung wants to know your number.

To delete, click on the Edit post button. One of the update options is delete post.

When I click on the Edit Post button, there's no delete button anywhere. Ray

The page you attached as a screenshot above asking for your mobile number is the Portal Login sprint homepage, mine had that since I bought the phone and I never changed it, it did change the look with 4.3 though for the number login screen.
