Intranet Form Filling

I'm looking for an Android app that can fill pdf forms and actually save them directly back to the web folder they are loaded from. Browsers and other apps always seem to want to download the form and save it locally. If there is a simple, economical, non-pdf alternative, I'm open to that as well.
