invitition from google the wrong time is displayed - dont know where to change

hello

if i make an invition from may calendar app (acalendar+) with my google account in the invitation mail there is the gmt +0 time displayed (only in the header of the mail, in the middle field its the correct time gmt +2 summertime - vienna).

from my girlfriends phone the invitations function is without problems i enclose some screenshots

i use a samsung note 4 my girlfriend a sony z5 and also from her old samsung s4 no problems!

please tell me where i can change the time zone?

problem is solved
i changed the time format to 24 hours in google settings - dont know but no its correct
