Hey,
I switched from my iOS7 iPhone 5 to the Nexus 5 and do not regret this.
One of the few things i miss from iOS is the fast access to the camera (or flashlight since iOS7).
Is there also a way to do this on Android?
My phone is locked with a pin code and I want to use these features without logging me in.

2: Taking a screenshot: According to the documentation I can take a screenshot by pressing Volume- and Power.
This works for me only very rarely. In which order do i have to do this? On iOS you press the homebutton first, hold it and press power.

Thanks

Power Toggles gives you a lockscreen toggle bar where you can include a flashlight toggle.

In my experience, the screenshot works best if you press both buttons down at the exact same time, for about half a second.

1) When at the lock screen, look for the camera icon at the bottom-right corner. Put your finger down on it and rag to the left to open the camera app.

2) Go to Settings -> Security and ensure the "Enable widgets" option is checked. Now, power off and back on to get to the lock screen; do not enter your pin code but just drag from the bottom left corner of the screen over to the right just as if you were switching to another home screen. You should come to an empty screen with a big "+" in the middle. Tap the + and then enter your pin code to gain access; you will now find a number of widgets which are lockscreen-compatible to choose from. Select one.

You can add additional lockscreen widgets by repeating the procedure, swiping one more screen to the left each time to get to the large "+".

Just found the official camera button :-)
And holding the buttons did the trick. Thanks!

Just trying to figure out hot to enable the flashlight.

One more thing: Is there a native way to display the battery percentage. Third party apps are showing the percentage on the left side.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way with the stock ROM to be able to display percentage next to or on the battery indicator. I just use DashClock Widget and add the battery extension so I can view my percentage from the lock screen instead of crowding my status bar.
