IP Address Not Available?

Hello,
After a crash of the OS of my Galaxy S3 i9300, I lost all my apps and, more important, I lost my Wi-Fi connection. (I used to sync with Outlook via MyPhoneExplorer).
Now, If I go to Wi-Fi Settings > Advanced Settings I have the info : "IP Address Not Available".
How can I reset my Wi-Fi ?

After using Google Maps on my Galaxy S3 i9300 the OS crashes each time I restart the phone. What can I do ?

When it crashed, did it essentially do a factory reset? Did you have to go through the Setup Wizard again?
