IPASS locked up my SF

Anybody experience problems with Google navigation while travelling on the Illinois toll roads with an Ipass? Mine was running the Google navigation and streaming Pandora when I went through the express lane and the phone locked up. Had to power cycle it to recover. I saw an online post about a Garmin nuvi doing the same thing.
