I use Things for my desktop and just push certain items to my To Do list which then gets synched to Google. Not quite the same but works for me. RTM is another option, but I havent used it.

Two last things I'll bring up for iPhone / Mac users - if you synch iCal / AB to Google you might want to consider Spanning Sync. I am not plugging them, just sharing what I learned from a couple of years of messing with this.

For people not quite happy with the response of your Nexus. I rooted and installed Cyanogens' mod today. WoW I can't believe I waited this long. Touchscreen response is way improved (multitouch zoom is how it should be) and another nagging issue I had was with Bluetooth audio buffering and cutting out every 2-3 seconds. Fixed in Cyanogen's mod. Good stuff.

I really want to root my N1 when I get it today, but I will probably wait until my 14 days are up because I don't want the phone to become faulty on the 13th day and I can't send it back for a replacement because I rooted it. I really just want to change the trackball color. Lol. My N1 is out for delivery now. I'm excited!

I liked the old trackball glow but yeah its a much cooler phone now. Just be sure to read everything before starting and download Cyanogens mod as well as the package with the Google apps. I missed that in the instructions and was wondering where Gmail, etc went.
