Verizon Galaxy S8 Iris recognition will stuck my phone when trying to unlock

Hi,

I have received my S8 from Samsung (had issue with battery) and they replaced my board (warranty). They installed Android 9

So am facing a weird issue with Iris. when I swipe my locked screen and preview screen will appear, my phone will stuck completely. I even can't use PIN to unlock it. If I just use Iris without swipe it works. Anywhere I use Iris such as Samsung Pass will work fine. Only if I swipe the locked screen will stuck

Any idea? is this related to Android 9 (software issue) or somthing related to hardware?

I tried with safe mode, still the issue.

I faced 3 times my phone will stuck while changing menu pages, then got Message "System UI isn’t responding". Not sure if this related to my first issue
