is $300 a good price for a photon?

Ive seen it locally on mine for about 200. I was thinking about getting one for my father who is using some dilapidated pos samsung
Bought it and got it activated at the sprint store really like the feel of the phone so far and came with a otterbox case so added bonus for me.
Congrats! since you already got it you don't need the advice anymore.
But I think you got a good deal also depending on the condition of the phone.
I bought mine a month or so ago and paid 300 too, mine was brand new in the box everything sealed and never activated I had the guy that sold it to me to come to the sprint store to check the esn and the sprint girl confirmed that.
Plus you got the otterbox (which I paid 39 bucks at the sprint store) I know I could of get it cheaper online but I didn't want to wait to start using my new phone. I'm kind of a neat freak and I keep my stuff looking as new for as long as possible.
So yes you got a good deal!

I bought mine off contract on craigslist 3 months ago for $250. Keep looking.

The Photon was only a week old (it was a replacement she said so box did not match numbers), went to the sprint store with the seller too make sure it was clean & activated it.
I love my Photon!
Had sammy's & HTC's but this Photon blows them out of the water. The Photon has great hardware, excellent Radio & loud speaker, well made and does feel well made, the way it should be!
So I know I could of got it @ BB for 99- but with 2 year contract which I don't want, I have an other year left so we will see.
But I think it was great too get it off contract & the Photon is the best phone I've had to date!
Sure every phone & update has issues, but the Photon still stands out in my opinion!
