Is a Snapdragon 410 bad?

I just bought a budget friendly device and I see it's running a MSM8916 or 410 CPU, with 1GB RAM. Is that bad for an Entry level phone?

The 410 is a good processor, fitted to various devices that perform well because of it. 1gb of RAM will do the job as long as you don't expect too much of the device.
