Are there any other phones you are considering? If you are looking for the best buy off-contract then that may not be the phone to go with. Others are available for around the same price range, including newer models such as the Moto G (2015). If you can handle the poor battery life(while you run large apps) it is the best buy for that price.
You won't be getting any other cell phone with such features at such price
