Is Android 2.1's "News and Weather" widget/app available on the Incredible?

Is Android 2.1's "News and Weather" widget/app available on the Incredible?

I checked 2 different Incredibles and couldn't find it under the apps section or under the widgets section.

if not i'd imagine we could install it. htc does have their own news widget though.
