Is anyone concerned good viewing angles can cause privacy issues?

I like the SAMOLED+ screen and I like the fact that good viewing angles will make watching youtube videos with a group of friends a good experience, but what about other times when you are texting, emailing or editing a important but private document?? I travel in public transportation a lot, and I have seen people trying to steal glimpse of what others are typing on their phone. What do you feel about privacy with such awesome viewing angles of SAMOLED+???

you could get one of those screen protectors that have the lines in it so its blurry from any angle but straight on

Yes I know about those screen protectors. but wont they take away the ahhhh factor of samoled+ screen??

On computer screens they usually just dim the light output slightly (like wearing cheap sunglasses). S...+ screens are about color so maybe turning up the brightness will be enough to compensate.

To your original questions:
It's all about what the primary use of the phone. If you value your privacy over sharing videos or pictures then a privacy screen is worth it and you just don't group view the screen.

I think a lot of people worry to much.

Get a privacy screen protector if you're concerned that someone on public transportation is stealing your secretes.

Either that or buy a phone where you can complain about lousy viewing angles...at least your secrets will be secure.

Yeah, just find a box that matches the screen's dimensions and slap some adhesive on the bottom edges of the box (make sure that both top and bottom of the box are cut out obviously, or you won't be able to see the screen!)!

Or even easier, just bring a big dark blanket with you on the bus and put it over your head and phone when you need to use it.

Anyone will due. to me it did distort the image abit but not to bad. Really unless your typing some top secret stuff you shouldn't worry about anyone looking into your phone. With the Private screen on people will think your a spy and will look at your screen more and over your shoulder to get information. People are nosy lol like when theres an accident and they can't see the person in the car so they slow down even more to look around more, thats what they will do to you with the private screen on.

Are you really worried about your privacy given the Sprint, Samsung, Google, Facebook and the Government all know what you're doing at every single moment you are on the phone whether you like it or not???

There is no such thing as privacy anymore.
