Is anyone having issues with their Note 8 shutting off randomly?

Sometimes mine shuts down when I'm in an app. No particular app either, I've been in the Samsung text app & it just shuts off. Most of the time it shuts off when I plug it into a charger.. but it doesn't happen all the time. I've done a hard reset & wiped everything off, still shuts down. I can't simply reboot it either. I need to leave it off for about an hour or so then I can turn it back on. This happens daily, sometimes 2-3 times a day.Thinking I need to send it back to Samsung but wanted some feedback. Thanks!!

I’d send it in to Samsung if it were mine. Random shutdowns can often be related to power delivery and if it’s shutting down when you connect it to a charger that’s even more likely the problem. Too expensive a device to not have it right, send it in for warranty repair/replacement.

Yes I have this issue. still happening, although less frequently after a factory reset. I use Tmobile for my carrier.
