Is anyone here planning on keeping

Yes Verizon will charge you full price for the N7 if you do not return. I powered down and got my s7e running. Samsung did not say why they killed it off because they are all ticking fire bombs. The processor is too close to the battery with a nice size aluminum cover and giant heat sink. There is the potential for heat transfer to the battery causing the lithium to catch fire. Look at the pics of the phones that have burnt up. Close to center is the point of origin and the pressure causes the phone to pop open to left side. Turn it off and get a replacement.

Most of my involvement in this thread was in response to someone earlier that said basically "my balance now says zero, I don't have to return the phone. I'm merely trying to show that that is not what Verizon is going to expect.

I would love to keep my phone. I love it. Best phone I've ever had. I just don't need an $800 bill and no working phone.
