Is Asus C434 better deal than Sumsung Plus V2?

[Android Central Question]

I'm new to the chromebook world. I mostly just surf the web...maybe up to 10 tabs at a time. I type the occasional document. I love a beautiful, clear picture. I need advice on which deal would be better for me. Samsung Plus v2 4gb/64gb for $299 or Asus C434 4gb/64gb at $399. I'm ok paying $399, but if it's not worth the $100 difference, I'd like to know. Thank
