Is carrier billing supported on this for the Play store?

Apparently, direct billing for purchases in the Google Play store is device-specific. Can anyone tell me if it is available on the Samsung Galaxy S III?

I bought Swift Key the other day and it gave me the option to bill to my carrier. So I'd say yes.
