Is Context Awareness Broken?

So recently I needed to reset my phone, and as luck would have it at the same time I received the April Security update. Since that time my Context Awareness has not been working. Normally I would set it up to do things like turn off my WiFi when I leave the house, and to put my phone on silent when I get to work. That is no longer happening. I have tried resetting my phone again thinking that maybe something didn't get set up right but it is still not working. So now I don't know if this was caused by my initial reset or if the April Security update broke it. Is any one else having any issues with Context Awareness?
