Is "Download manager, Downloads, Media Storage, MTP Host" spyware?

The firewall said that this/these apps want to gain internet access. Are these system apps or a possible spyware?

(I use a Huawei phone, so they might be Huawei apps instead of default Android apps.)

Welcome to Android Central! Which Huawei phone? Those are all normal system apps, and are present on my Pixel 7 Pro (with the exception of "Media Storage", which is called "Media" on my phone).

When you say "firewall", do you mean a 3rd party antivirus app? Those are notorious for false positives.

Not an antivirus app. A 3rd party VPN firewall called "NoRoot Firewall". It just robotically asks for permission when an unset app wants to go online; there are false suspicions involved.
