Is Google Play Down

Any app that I try to download gives me an error message:

"App could not be downloaded due to an error. (491)."

Is the Play Store down or is this something else?

To answer my own question, I re-booted my phone and now everything works fine.

Something probably got hung up somewhere. Amazing what a simple reboot can do.
