Is Huawei Mate 8 Dual active?

Huawei Mate 8 has dual SIM feature. Most phones have it as dual stand-by, which means if one SIM is being used, the other is suspended. I heard that this Phone has dual active capability, which means both SIM cards will stay active even if one of them is being used. Is this correct?

Most newer phones have both the SIMs active all the time. I would imagine this one will be no different.
