is it fine to charge a damaged phone battery

I dropped my phone and the battery came out and it fell really hard and it has expanded in two place. I was wondering if it was safe to charge my phone all night? Will it blow up?

NO! DO NOT CHARGE IT! Seriously. An exploding battery can do some serious damage. Take it to a recycling location and get a new battery.
