My Droid turbo 2 has a piece of the black plastic that surrounds the front screen that has cracked off (the bezel?). Is this easily replaceable? The screen is fine, it has a tempered glass protector. Not sure how long I'll keep the phone as it has the nasty habit of going from 20% to shutting off in a matter of moments...But, I want to preserve any potential vlaue it may have by not having any physical damage. Is this an easy diy? I'd consider having it done along with the battery, but not sure the battery is worth the investment based on the conflicitng posts I've read. The top right is missing about 1/4 " and the bottom left has a small crack, about 1/16".1000565.jpg1000564.jpg1000563.jpg

I would call the battery replacement very straightforward. I paid about $30 including the adhesive to put the pack on. Best $30 I spent in a long time. Here's the link to the steps. The youtube of the teardown will tell you what you need to know. Right after these steps is where it starts to look complicated.

Here's the whole teardown with bezel replacement. I personally wouldn't want to do this for something I depnded on as a daily driver.
