Is it just me or did anyone else notice google wallet now works for att

So I downloaded google wallet and noticed it no longer say not compatible etc.. I signed in and turned on mobile payment and it asked me if I vaunted to make it my default over Isis... Did I miss something? Thought it only worked on sprint and nexus devices
