Is my messaging notification not working when the phone is connected to Bluetooth in the car and you are listening to something else.

In other words, my Note 8 used to chime the phone and through Bluetooth, but I feel like the S10+ only chimes through Bluetooth.

That's been a common gripe from just about everybody. It's an Android Pie thing that nobody seems to know a workaround for.
