I am not sure how, but try clearing cache in recovery?

Have you tried uninstalling the app updates and reinstalling them? You can do it through the apps menu or the play store.

For sure! I even deleted cache and data

Dido you disable or uninstall google play services? If so you must enable them again, since l?st update at google i/o It seems they must be active for running google apps
