Is it normal for my Coolpad cool 1 to get hot near camera?

My Coolpad cool1 gets hot near camera. My phone screen also feels hot near camera even in normal usage (Browsing, chatting YouTube) battrey temperature (31°C-37°C) but when play game the temperature of that area rise very quickly and it feels very hot around there
Battery temperature while gaming 41-45°C. I m use cpu Z to monitor thermal readings and while Gaming I recorded tsens tz sensros temperature 70°C - 75°C. I m worried that It could damage my phone in the long run. I have uploaded the thermal readings while normal and heavy usage respectively

The maximum allowable temperature is less than 64°C, so no, it's not normal. (And 74°C could not just damage the chip, but destroy it.) You should have it looked at sooner rather than later.

I don't know what's wrong. I m not sure if i m getting the exact results. Recently I used cpu temp app to monitor temperature of cpu but it shows 46°C at most. If CPU temp app is right then what are these tsens-tz sensors showing?
